ESTABLISHMENT
Our firm was established on the 1st of February 1999 and are situated at 41 Mount Road, Mount Croix, Port Elizabeth.
We incorporated on 1 June 2000.

PARTNERS
There are two partners, Morne and Tania Shaëfer practising together as husband and wife.
Morne Shaëfer was born on 9 May 1971 at Port Elizabeth and graduated in 1995 with a B Juris LLB degree. He was admitted as an Attorney to the High Court of South Africa during 1997.
Tania Shaëfer ws born on 20 March 1973 at Port Elizabeth and graduated in 1995 with a B Juris LLB degree and was admitted to practise as an attorney during 1997. In addition, Tania also qualified as a conveyancer during 1998 and received the highest marks (72%) in her conveyancing exams in the Eastern Cape.
Both Morne and Taniua received various merit awards at the University of Port Elizabeth during their study years.

* We wish to advise that our firm consists of 16 staff
  members of which 2 are directors and 2 are qualified 
  attorneys as professional assistants.

We are proud to confirm that we have been appointed as conveyanceres on the panel of all other major fiancial insitutions including ABSA Bank Limited, NEDCOR Bank Limited and Standart Bank Limited and Firstrand Bank Limited.
We wish to direct your attention to the fact that we are one of only six attorneys who have been appoiinted on the panel of the NMMM to attend to all their conveyancing and it indicates that our efficiency and professinalism is our biggest advertisement.
